Product Return Policy

Order Modification and Cancellation, Transaction Cancellation, and Product Returns

The operator’s product return and transaction cancellation policy is subject to the provisions of the law, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, and the customer may cancel their order and/or return the products they received subject to the provisions below.

It is hereby clarified that a refund cannot be granted for returned products if the consumer has opened their original packaging, except in cases where the product is defective; all subject to the provisions of the law, including the Defective Products Liability Law, 5740-1980.

Order modification or cancellation by the customer will be permitted in accordance with the provisions of the law and at the operator’s discretion, subject to the provisions below.

A customer who wishes to cancel or modify their order will contact the operator and notify them of their desire to cancel or modify the order, as applicable, as soon as possible. Such cancellation will be possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Upon receiving notification of the order cancellation, the operator will refund the customer their money for the order, but will be entitled, at its discretion and subject to the provisions of the law, to charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or ₪100, whichever is lower.

A customer who wishes to modify their order by adding new products will pay for them at the price quoted on the date of the order modification, not the price quoted on the date of the original order.

Transaction cancellation and product returns due to it may be made within a period of up to 24 hours from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product has not been used and that the product is still in its original packaging, subject to the provisions of the law. To cancel the transaction, the customer must contact the operator and notify them of their desire to cancel the transaction. After receiving the customer’s cancellation notice, and if it is made on the aforementioned date, the operator will coordinate with the customer the method of returning the product. It is clarified that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return of the products to the operator, and that the return of the products as stated will be at the customer’s expense.

Upon receipt of the returned products by the operator, and subject to its examination of the condition of the products upon their return and its confirmation regarding their integrity – after verifying that the consumer has not opened their original packaging – the operator will refund the customer their money for the order. The operator will be entitled, at its discretion and subject to the provisions of the law, to charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or ₪100, whichever is lower, when the cancellation fee includes the shipping fees, if any were charged; this is in addition to charging the customer for clearing fees actually paid by the operator. The provisions of this section regarding cancellation fees will not apply to a cancellation made due to a defect in the ordered product in accordance with the provisions of the Defective Products Liability Law, 5740-1980, and/or a discrepancy between the product’s features as they appear on the website and the product’s actual features, in which case no cancellation fees will be charged to the customer, subject to the operator’s examination of the user’s claims regarding the discrepancy and/or defect, as applicable.

The operator emphasizes that the customer must check that the products they received match the order details as made by them. If there is a discrepancy between the products ordered and the products actually received (for example, the quantity received does not match the quantity ordered), the customer must notify the operator of such discrepancy within two business days. If the customer does not notify the operator within the aforementioned period, the customer will be deemed to have confirmed that there is a match between the order and the shipment, and the customer will have no claims against the operator due to this.
